摘要
本文介绍了在铅阳极泥氧化精炼过程中,通过对分银炉进行低温造渣,造渣温度控制在800℃~900℃,可有效降低辅料消耗,缩短生产周期。同时该工艺调整具有降低员工劳动强度,提高生产效率的优点。
This paper introduces that slagging at low temperature by silver-melting furnace which slagging temperature is controlled at 800℃~900℃can effectively reduce the consumption of excipients and shorten the production cycle in the oxidation refining process of lead anode slime.Meanwhile,the process has the advantages of reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency.
