摘要
由于传统的金属结构机械加工控制系统,在进行金属结构机械加工控制时对控制信息的采集不精准,因此控制精度低。本文提出金属结构机械加工自动化控制系统。在原有系统硬件基础上,选用型号AS102-S205G-P134机械加工无线数字控制器,提高对金属结构机械加工实时状态的掌控能力。设计仿真实验,结果表明,设计的控制系统控制精度最高可达89.89,对照组为45.41,设计系统可实现对机金属结构机械加工自动化控制。
Due to the traditional control system of metal structure machining,the collection of control information is not accurate during the control of metal structure machining,so the control precision is low.This paper presents an automatic control system for machining metal structures.On the basis of the original system hardware,the wireless digital controller of as102-s205g-p134 machining was selected to improve the ability to control the real-time state of metal structure machining.The simulation results show that the control system can achieve the highest control accuracy of 89.89,and the control group is 45.41.
