摘要
中国黄金集团内蒙古矿业有限公司乌努格吐山铜钼矿采选项目,是中国黄金集团公司“十二五”基地建设的标杆项目。目前,在矿山企业,没有任何技术手段可以准确计算储矿堆内实时存量来指导生产。本文主要介绍如何实现储矿堆存矿供矿自动分析系统,且经过大量数据分析证明,分析结果准确,取得了良好的效果,从未因为矿量预计错误而影响生产情况,且投入成本低。
The China National Gold Group Inner Mongolia Mining Co.,Ltd.Wunuge Tushan copper and molybdenum mining and dressing project is a benchmark project for China Gold Group Corporation's"12th Five-Year Plan"base construction.At present,in mining enterprises,there is no technical means to accurately calculate the real-time stock in the storage pile to guide production.This article mainly introduces how to implement an automatic analysis system for storage and supply of ore.After a large amount of data analysis proves that the analysis results are accurate and good results have been achieved,the production situation has never been affected because of incorrect ore volume prediction.Moreover,the cost of investment is low.
