摘要
激光冲击是一种改善金属材料机械性能的最新技术,其原理主要在于通过对激光和金属材料之间所产生的强应力电波,也就是力学效应,促进金属材料机械性能的改善。本文主要通过激光冲击处理试验,对其试验过程和结果进行了分析,总结出了激光冲击下的金属材料机械性能中硬度、晶力以及疲劳寿命这三个方面的影响。本文主要对于基于激光冲击的金属材料机械性能研究及影响分析展开了探讨,以下为详细内容。
Laser shock is a new technology to improve the mechanical properties of metal materials.Its principle is to promote the improvement of mechanical properties of metal materials through the strong stress wave generated between laser and metal materials,that is,mechanical effect.In this paper,the process and results of laser shock treatment are analyzed,and the influences of hardness,crystal force and fatigue life on mechanical properties of metal materials under laser shock are summarized.In this paper,the mechanical properties and influence analysis of metal materials based on laser impact are discussed in detail.
