捕收剂在黑龙江多宝山铜选厂的试验研究

摘要 一期选厂采用等可浮+强化铜流程,选铜捕收剂采用CSU31或乙硫氨酯,丁基黄药+丁铵黑药等多种捕收剂,随着二期扩建投产和铜钼分离的开机,选铜捕收剂的选择尤为重要,为优化各工艺指标,减少捕收剂种类,本文简述了单一捕收剂和组合捕收剂对选铜的影响的小型试验研究并进行了工业试验,同时分析铜、金的综合回收率。 Issue of mill plant with buoyant+strengthened copper process,such as copper collector adopts CSU31 or sulfur ammonia ester,butyl xanthate and butyl ammonium aerofloat and other collector,as the second phase of expansion of production and the separation of copper and molybdenum boot,the choice of the copper collector is particularly important for optimizing the process index,reduce the types of collector,this paper has summarized the single and composite collector and collector of copper experimental study the influence of the small and industrial tests have been carried out,at the same time,analysis the comprehensive recovery of copper and gold.
