摘要
本文主要是利用氮气来提高铜钼分离浮选指标,达到降本增效,优化五率的目的。小型试验研究表明氮气与空气在同等用量下,前者分离浮选指标优于后者。通过调整氮气充气量以及铜抑制剂硫氢化钠药剂用量,能有效降低铜钼分离时铜抑制剂的用量,最高能节约60%,该项技术能有效降低选钼成本,提高企业经济效益。
In this paper,nitrogen is mainly used to improve the flotation index of copper molybdenum separation,so as to achieve the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increase,and optimize the five rate.Small scale test shows that the separation flotation index of nitrogen is better than that of air at the same amount.By adjusting the nitrogen charge and the dosage of sodium hydrosulfide,the dosage of copper inhibitor can be effectively reduced,and the maximum savings can be 60%.This technology can effectively reduce the cost of molybdenum separation and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.
