在社会经济发展中,铜不仅是一种重要的有色金属,而且用途广泛。由于在铜冶炼企业的发展流程中,无论是其特殊的经营模式,还是其特别的盈利方法都是促使企业的成本控制与管理工作成为其实现经济收益与提高其市场竞争力必不可少的重要手段。因此,为达到在降低铜冶炼企业成本的同时提升企业的经济收益的目的,必须要从企业自身的实际情况出发,制定符合自身企业发展的成本控制方法与管理措施。本文意在从当前分析出的铜冶炼企业成本控制中存在的主要问题出发,有针对性的找到控制铜冶炼企业成本管理的策略,以此促进铜冶炼企业的进一步发展。

In the social and economic development,copper is not only an important non-ferrous metal,but also widely used.Because in the development process of copper smelting enterprises,no matter its special business model or its special profit-making method,the cost control and management of enterprises become an essential means to realize economic benefits and improve its market competitiveness.Therefore,in order to reduce the cost of copper smelting enterprises and improve the economic benefits of enterprises,it is necessary to develop cost control methods and management measures in line with the actual situation of enterprises.This paper aims to analyze the main problems in cost control of copper smelting enterprises,find out the cost management strategy of copper smelting enterprises,so as to promote the further development of copper smelting enterprises.
