摘要
就目前来看,每年全世界全会有大量的废催化剂产生,这些废催化剂中含有许多的贵金属及其氧化物,如果能加以二次利用,那么就能够大大增加资源的利用效率,并且保证环境安全。基于此,本文从多个方面对废催化剂中贵金属的回收工艺进行了探讨,包括对金属铂、铑以及钯的回收,并分析了废催化剂的前处理技术,以此为相关研究人员提供参考意见,并帮助提高废催化剂的二次利用效率。
At present,a large number of waste catalysts are produced in the plenary session of the world every year.These waste catalysts contain many precious metals and their oxides.If they can be reused,they can greatly increase the efficiency of resource utilization and ensure environmental safety.Based on this,this paper discusses the recovery process of precious metals in waste catalyst from many aspects,including the recovery of platinum,rhodium and palladium,and analyzes the pretreatment technology of waste catalyst,so as to provide reference for relevant researchers and help improve the secondary utilization efficiency of waste catalyst.
