李东垣脾胃学说现代研究进展及新论

Modern Research Progress and New Discussion of LI Dongyuan’s Theory of the Spleen and Stomach

脾胃学说是李东垣长期临床实践经验的总结,后世医家不断加以补充和发展,形成了完整的脾胃学说理论。笔者对李东垣脾胃学说的现代研究从理论探讨、用药法度、临床运用三个方面进行简单的梳理,发现过往研究者大多未将李东垣脾胃学说与现代人的体质、生活习惯等实际问题相结合。笔者结合“脾胃内伤,百病由生”的具体情况,认为现代人的体质环境、生活习惯为大多数疾病的致病原因,疾病的病机为脾胃阳虚,治疗皆要注意顾护中阳,调理、疏导脾胃,从病因、病机、治疗三个方面论述脾胃理论现代应用的认识,以期对临床诊疗杂病开拓思路。

The theory of the spleen and stomach is a summary of LI Dongyuan's long-term clinical practical experience,which has been continuously supplemented and developed by later physicians,thus forming a complete theory.The authors briefly analyzed the modern research of LI Dongyuan's theory of the spleen and stomach from three aspects,including theoretical discussion,medication rules and clinical application,and found that most of the past researchers didn't combine the theory with practical problems like constitution and living habits of modern people.Combining the concrete conditions of“internal damage of the spleen and stomach causing various kinds of diseases”,the authors believe that the etiology of most diseases is the constitution and living habits of modern people,and the pathogenesis is spleen-stomach deficiency cold.Therefore,during the treatment,attention should be paid to protecting the middle yang as well as regulating and soothing the spleen and stomach.The paper discusses the understanding of the modern application of theory of the spleen and stomach from three aspects of etiology,pathogenesis and treatment,in order to open our minds on clinical diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous diseases.
