《黄帝内经》“荣在骶也”考释及其对针刀督脉刺骨术的指导意义

Explanation and Exploration of “Rong in Sacrum” in Huangdi Neijing and Its Guiding Significance on Bone Decompression Needle on Governor Vessel with Needle Knife

“荣在骶也”出自《素问·刺热篇》中,但此句在原方中含意所指未明,历代医家在临床中运用亦甚少。笔者查阅《黄帝内经》及相关古籍,对“荣在骶也”之义进行分析,并阐述了其对针刀督脉刺骨术之骶骨刺骨法的指导意义。

The meaning of“Rong in sacrum”in the chapter of Cire in Suwen remains unclear,and this sentence has been rarely applied in clinical practice in the past ages.Thus,through consulting Huangdi Neijing and the related ancient books,the authors analyzed the meaning of“Rong in sacrum”and elaborated its guiding significance on applying bone decompression needle on sacrum.
