党的十九大报告提出深化司法体制综合配套改革。本轮司法体制改革在司法管理体制、司法权运行机制、人权司法保障机制以及司法便民利民方面已取得一定成效。应从构建司法人员选任制度、实现司法权力优化配置、发展多元化纠纷解决机制以及建立科学的司法改革评价体系等方面完善司法体制配套措施。

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress proposed to deepen the comprehensive reform of the judicial system. Looking back at the current reform of the judicial system, certain achievements have been made in the judicial management system, the judicial power operation mechanism, the human rights judicial guarantee mechanism, and the judicial convenience and the people. We can explore the implementation path of the reform of the supporting measures of the judicial system from the perspectives of constructing the judicial personnel selection system, realizing the optimal allocation of judicial power, developing a diversified disintegration mechanism, and establishing a scientific judicial reform evaluation system.
