农业综合标准化作为当前农业领域保障产品质量安全的一种新型有效方法,在保障农产品质量安全方面的作用日益明显。本文以鲟鱼为例从确定综合标准化的对象及目标、目标分解、标准综合体建立实施及评价改进方面进行了详细的案例分析,期望未来能推动农业综合标准化建设更好地发展。

Agricultural comprehensive standardization,as a new and effective method,plays an increasingly important role in ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products.This paper taking sturgeon as an example,conducts a detailed case study from the aspects of determining the object and target of comprehensive standardization,target decomposition,establishment and evaluation improvement of standards syntheses.It is hoped that the agricultural comprehensive standardization work will be promoted in the future.
