摘要
文章分析了氢气的主要性质,梳理选择管道内氢气流速的考虑因素,特别是对国标GB 50177《氢气站设计规范》规定氢气最大流速所基于的原因进行了详细讨论,并对国内炼油企业几套制氢装置产品氢气管道流速进行调研,提出氢气管道内的流速选择以考虑经济流速和冲蚀流速更为适宜。建议国标GB 50177在修订时,应对氢气的安全流速和最大流速进行更广泛的论证。
This paper analyzes the properties of hydrogen,summarizes the key points of selecting hydrogen velocity in pipe,discusses the hydrogen velocity limitation in pipe specified in GB 50177,and investigates the hydrogen velocity in hydrogen manufacturing products of existing refineries.It proposes the selection of hydrogen velocity based on economic velocity and erosion velocity,and suggests that widely discussion of hydrogen safety velocity and limitation velocity is needed when GB 50177 is upgraded.
