超细全尾砂大流量充填系统在张庄铁矿的应用 被引量:15

摘要 随着矿山充填法开采技术和装备的不断进步,大流量充填系统以其更加经济、高效的优势成为大型矿山充填技术发展的重要方向。针对张庄铁矿500万t/a大规模开采,全尾砂粒径级配超细的技术特点,开发应用了超细全尾砂大流量充填系统。该系统包括1台Φ20 m深锥浓密机,3套由Φ2 600 mm×3 000 mm型高浓度搅拌桶和活化搅拌机组成的联合搅拌装置(两用一备),制备料浆浓度一般控制在68%~70%,单套搅拌和输送系统生成能力达到180~220 m^3/h,料浆自流输送至井下采空区。系统运行多年来,设备状况和工艺技术指标稳定。超细全尾砂大流量充填系统在张庄铁矿的成功应用,为该矿无尾矿库生产提供了关键技术支撑,也为我国类似大型矿山绿色、安全、高效、经济开采提供了有益参考。 With the continuous improvement of mine filling technology and equipment,the large-flow filling system has become an important direction for the development of large-scale mine with its more economical and efficient advantages.The large flow filling system with ultra-fine tailings is applied on Zhangzhuang Mine for its large-scale mining of 5.0 million t/a and ultra-fine grain size.The system consists of a Φ 20 m deep cone thickener,three sets of combined stirring device consisting stirring tank(Φ 2 600 mm×3 000 mm)and activated mixer(two-purpose and one-prepared),and the slurry concentration is stable at 68%~70%,single set of stirring and conveying capacity reach up to 180~220 m^3/h,and the slurry is gravity transported to the underground goaf.The system has been operating for many years and the equipment status and process specifications have been stable.The successful application of large flow filling system with ultra-fine tailings on Zhangzhuang Mine provides key technical support for its production of non-tailings reservoir,and also provides reliable reference for green,safe,efficient and economic exploitation of similar large mines in China.
