The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is the core element of the sustainable economic growth.As the old and new kinetic energy has not been straightened out,the industrial structure of Jilin Province has not been rationally adjusted in recent years.The economy has developed at a moderately low and medium speed,and the overall economy has experienced a significant decline.In this context,it is of great significance for the future optimization of industrial structure and the realization of high-quality economic development in Jilin Province to take some measures such as making use of limited financial funds,rationally allocating financial funds,seizing innovation-driven development opportunities,accelerating the upgrading of industrial structure,striving to establish emerging industrial clusters with new characteristics,setting up an industrial system with sustainable competitiveness and support and so forth.By constructing an industrial structure optimization index,a study is conducted to find out which fiscal expenditures have a greater impact on the industrial structure optimization index based on factor analysis method.Thus,it is possible to clarify the direction of financial investment and adopt targeted financial measures to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Jilin Province.
