摘要
亚投行总部永久办公用房平面呈五个“口”字形,存在楼板凹凸不规则、错层、连体(竖向连体)、体型收进等多类不规则情况。主体结构采用带边框的钢板剪力墙多筒体排架结构体系。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,根据构件的重要程度采用不同的性能目标。通过小震反应谱法弹性分析和弹性时程分析、中震弹性分析以及大震弹塑性分析可知,结构整体和构件的抗震性能均能达到设计的预期目标,并根据结构的具体受力状况对重要关键构件进行了局部加强。本工程的结构设计可供类似工程参考。
The architectural layout of the permanent office buildings for the headquarters of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank features five“□”shapes.There are structural irregularities of concave-convex slab,staggered floor,vertical conjoined structure and shape indentation condition in this project.The structural system of the main building is steel plate shear wall with frame and multi-tube bent frame structural system.Performance-based seismic design method was adopted in design and different performance objectives were adopted according to the importance of components.The results of response spectrum method elastic analysis and elastic time-history analysis under the frequent earthquakes,elastic analysis under the fortification earthquakes,and elastoplastic analysis under the rare earthquakes show that the seismic performance of the whole structure and its members can reach the expected goals of the design,and the important components are strengthened locally according to the specific mechanical conditions.The structural design of this project can provide reference for similar projects.
