摘要 通过对云南某厂房现浇混凝土楼面开裂原因进行理论计算并与实际检测结果进行比对分析,得出如下主要结论:采用的计算模型的分析结果与开裂检测结果吻合较好;通过混凝土拉应力的理论计算可以较准确地分析混凝土楼面开裂原因,必要时通过应力值还可进行各影响开裂因素权重的分析。同时提出如下建议:针对混凝土约束程度建立定量分析方法,以更准确地获得CX值进而更准确地分析混凝土收缩应力;除采用构造措施进行防治外,宜针对沉缩的量化计算方法展开研究,以便更好地防治混凝土沉缩裂缝;实际开裂鉴定工程中宜采取相应的量化计算以有效分析开裂原因及各因素造成开裂的权重;规范在相关部分引入开裂计算的已有成果,以供从业人员参考。 Based on the theoretical calculation of the cracking causes of the cast-in-place concrete floor of a factory building in Yunnan Province and the comparison between the theoretical calculation and the actual test results,the main conclusions are as follows:the analysis results of the adopted calculation model are in good agreement with the cracking test results;the theoretical calculation of the concrete tensile stress can more accurately analyze the cracking causes of the concrete floor,and the stress value can also be used if necessary to analyze the weights of different cracking factors.At the same time,the following suggestions are put forward:the quantitative analysis method can be established for concrete restraint degree to obtain C X value more accurately and then analyze concrete shrinkage stress more accurately;in addition to adopting structural measures for prevention and control,the quantitative calculation method for shrinkage can be studied in order to better prevent and control concrete shrinkage cracks;the corresponding quantitative calculation can be adopted in the actual cracking appraisal project to effectively analyze the causes of cracking and the weights of various factors causing the cracking;the existing results of cracking calculation can be introduced in the relevant part of the specification for the reference of practitioners.
