摘要
文章采用鱼类营养需求“理想蛋白”模型中A/E的方法,通过统计分析日本鳗鲡肌肉氨基酸有关的8篇文献,估算出了不同生长阶段日本鳗鲡饲料中10种必需氨基酸的需要量,为日本鳗鲡的日粮配制提供参考。
The statistical analysis of ten essential amino acids in muscle of Japanese eel(Anguilla japonica)published in eight articles were conducted to estimate the dietary essential amino acids requirement.Ten essential amino acids requirements for different growth stage of this fish species were obtained by A/E method based on the ideal protein model theory.These estimated values of essential amino acids might provide a basis for formulation of Japanese eel diet.
