摘要
文章综述了酿酒葡萄皮渣的产量及分布、常规养分及功能性成分的研究情况,并对酿酒葡萄皮渣在单胃动物和反刍动物养殖中的研究和应用分析总结,为酿酒葡萄皮渣的回收利用提供参考。
The paper summarizes the yield and distribution,conventional nutrients and functional components of grape pomace.The research and application of grape pomace are summarized for monogastric animals and ruminants.The article provides reference for recovery and utilization of grape pomace.
