《源氏物语》的元服与教育——以光源氏之子夕雾为例

A Study of the Coming-Of-Age Ceremony and Education in The Tale of Genji:Taking Yugiri,the Son of Hikaru Genji,as an Example

元服(成人式)是日本平安王朝的贵族子弟获得官职的契机。但是夕雾在元服之后却被父亲光源氏送入大学寮研习学问。本文将入大学寮这一事件视为元服的一环进行考察,在分析夕雾的元服与诸多民族的成人式具有相同结构的基础上,考察元服对夕雾人生的影响和意义,阐明作者紫式部对平安贵族社会荒废教育所持有的批判态度。

The coming-of-age ceremony was a vital opportunity for aristocratic children of the Heian dynasty to get a government position.However,after the ceremony in The Tale of Genji,Yugiri was sent to college for academic study by his father,Hikaru Genji.Exploring Yugiri’s dispatch to college as a part of his coming-of-age ceremony,this paper analyzes the influence and significance of the coming-of-age ceremony on Yugiri’s life,based on the similarities between Yugiri’s coming-of-age ceremony and those in other nations.This paper shows Murasaki Shikibu’s critical attitude towards the education of the noble society in Heian dynasty and its tendency to dilapidation.
