On How to Realize the Supply-side Structural Reform of the Cultural Industry in the New Era

当前我国文化产业存在着需求侧市场缺口较大、供给侧有效供给不足、供给方式单一、供给运行机制不畅等诸多问题,而解决此类问题的关键在于进行文化产业供给侧结构性改革。推进文化产业供给侧结构性改革,是实现文化产业经济发展新旧动能转换以及摆脱新常态所带来困境的关键之举,是落实中央总体战略部署的重要选择,也是实现强起来的文化自信的必由之路。本文从马克思主义政治经济学的视角出发,探寻文化产业供给侧结构性改革的必然性,厘清文化产业供给侧结构性改革存在的内在张力与外在压力,进一步探讨我国文化产业供给侧结构性改革何以实现。

At present, there are many problems in China’s cultural industry, such as large demand-market gap, insufficient effective supply at the supply side, single supply mode, and poor supply operation mechanism. The key to solve these problems lies in the supply-side structural reform of the cultural industry, which is the key to realize the transformation of the driving force for development of the cultural industry and get rid of the difficulties brought by the "new normal". It is also an important choice for implementing the overall strategic arrangements of the central government and the only way to gain a strong cultural confidence. From the perspective of Marxist political economy, this paper explores the necessity of the supply-side structural reform of the cultural industry, clarifies its internal resilience and external pressure, and further explores how to realize the supply-side structural reform of the cultural industry in China.
