党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的中国共产党继承并发扬马克思主义植根群众实践推进理论创新的优良传统,坚持从人民群众的实践创造中汲取智慧和力量。坚持在党的科学组织和领导下将群众的鲜活经验和智慧转化为新的理论。坚持以理论创新的最新成果来指导群众实践,并使新理论在群众实践检验中得到新的发展。

Since its Eighteenth National Congress, the Communist Party of China(CPC) with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has inherited and carried forward the fine tradition of Marxism of promoting theoretical innovation while staying rooted in people’s practice, and persistently drawn on wisdom and strength of the people’s practices and innovativeness. We should continue to translate the fresh experience and wisdom of the people into new theories under the scientific organization and leadership of the Party;adhere to the latest results of theoretical innovation to guide the people’s practice;and make the new theory achieve further development while it is being tested by people’s practice.
