摘要
植物激素之间的相互作用共同调控了果实的生长发育以及成熟过程,研究植物果实成熟过程中激素的调控作用对提高果实的产量和品质有重要意义。以果桑品种大10和红果2号的果实为材料,采集从盛花期到完全成熟期不同成熟程度的果实,通过测定不同发育时期桑椹中生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、脱落酸(ABA)、腐胺(Put)、亚精胺(Spd)、精胺(Spm)等激素的含量以及花色苷、可溶性糖和可滴定酸含量,探究桑椹在不同生长发育阶段内源激素含量的变化规律,为人工调控桑椹果期提供理论依据。结果表明,大10和红果2号桑椹生长发育曲线均呈不明显的双S型;快速生长期Ⅰ和快速生长期Ⅱ早期都存在较高含量的GA3和IAA,且2种激素在花色苷大量积累时开始下降;在快速生长期Ⅱ,都存在较高含量的ABA和Spm。
Interaction between plant hormones regulates fruit development and maturation. Study on hormone regulation in the process of fruit maturiation plays an important role in improving fruit yield and quality. In this study,fruits of Da 10 and Hongguo 2 with different levels of maturity were collected from the period of full bloom to full maturity. Content of auxin(IAA),gibberellin(GA3),abscisic acid(ABA),putrescine(Put),spermidine(Spd)and spermine(Spm),anthocyanin,soluble sugar and titratable acid in mulberry fruits were determined to explore the rules of endogenous hormone change at different developmental stages and provide theoretical basis for artificial regulation of mulberry fruit period. The results showed that growth curves of fruits of Da 10 and Hongguo 2 were both unobvious double S type. Higher contents of GA3 and IAA were found at the fast growing stage Ⅰand the early period of fast growing stage Ⅱ,both of which began to decrease when anthocyanin accumulated in the mulberry fruit. Whereas,higher contents of ABA and Spm were found at the fast growth stage Ⅱ.
