春用多丝量家蚕品种鲁51×鲁52的育成 被引量:2

摘要 为适应当前蚕桑生产轻简化、省力化、规模化养蚕模式对家蚕品种的新需求,采用杂交育种、纯系分离、定向选择等方法培育出一对高产、优质、强健的春用多丝量家蚕新品种鲁51、鲁52,获得一代杂交组合鲁51×鲁52。新组合鲁51×鲁52经山东省蚕业研究所实验室品种比较鉴定、北方蚕区实验室共同鉴定、农村生产试养鉴定,结果表明,蚕卵孵化整齐,幼虫发育齐一,壮蚕蚕体粗壮结实,食桑旺盛,强健好养,产茧量高,茧层厚,茧丝品质优良。其中,新品种参加北方蚕区实验室共同鉴定,综合经济性状优良,其主要成绩万蚕收茧量2192 kg、万蚕茧层量5713 kg、万蚕产丝量4471 kg、全茧量216 g、茧层量0564 g,比对照品种菁松×皓月分别高544%、1224%、1282%、435%、1303%;虫蛹率9625%、茧层率2611%、鲜茧出丝率2006%、茧丝长1 3407 m、洁净9548分,比对照品种分别高107百分点、200百分点、148百分点、长948 m、高139分;解舒丝长1 0038 m,茧丝纤度3324 dtex。新品种于2015年9月通过北方蚕业科研协作区家蚕品种审定,适合在山东等北方蚕区推广饲养。 In order to meet the demand for new silkworm variety in response to the current facilitative,labor saving and large-scale sericulture production,a pair of spring rearing hypersilkgenerous sericulture varieties Lu 51 and Lu 52 were bred by cross breeding,pure line separation and directional selection,which were strong and of high yield and good quality. Consequently,hybrid combination Lu 51×Lu 52 was obtained. The new hybrid Lu 51×Lu 52 was testified by the comparative laboratory identification in Sericultural Research Institute of Shandong Province,joint laboratory identification in northern sericulture region and indentification in rural rearing test. The results showed that the new variety was uniform in hatchability and development,and it was strong,edacious and easy to rear with high yield of cocoon,thick cocoon shell and excellent silk quality. According to the joint identification in northern silkworm region,its cocoon weight per 10 000 larvae was 21 92 kg,cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae was 5 713 kg,silk weight per10 000 larvae was 4 471 kg,cocoon weight was 2 16 g,and cocoon shell weight was 0 564 g,which were5 44%,12 24%,12 82%,4 35% and 13 03% higher than those of the control variety Jingsong ×Haoyue. Besides,its larva-pupa rate was 96 25%,cocoon shell rate was 26 11%,raw silk rate of fresh cocoons was 20 06%,cocoon filament length was 1 340 7 m,and neatness was 95 48 points,which were 1 07 percentage points,2 00 percentage points,1 48 percentage points,and 1 39 points higher and 94 8 m longer than the control. In addition,its length of non-broken cocoon filament was 1 003 8 m,cocoon filament size was 3 324 dtex,all of which exhibited excellent comprehensive economic characteristics. The new silkworm variety has been approved by the Northern Coordination Region for Sericultural Research in September 2015,and was suggested for rearing in northern sericulture areas such as Shandong Province.
