摘要
新中国成立以来,我国基础教育地方课程建设历经了孕育、迷茫、雏形、成型到成熟等阶段,已成为基础教育课程体系中重要的组成部分,与国家课程、校本课程相辅相成。地方课程建设历程体现我国基础教育课程管理权限逐步下放与变革的过程,推进我国基础教育课程形态、结构和体系渐趋完善,建构三级课程管理运行机制,形成以育人为本,在注重全面发展的基础上,促进个性发展的基础教育课程之中国治理。
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the local curriculum construction has gone through the stages of gestation,confusion,embryonic formation and maturity.It has become an important part of the basic education curriculum system and complements the national curriculum and school-based curriculum.The process of local curriculum construction reflects the process of gradual decentralization and transformation of curriculum management authority of basic education in China,improves the curriculum form,structure and system of basic education in China,builds a three-level management mechanism,and builds the basic education curriculum system which is based on educating people,promoting individuality and paying attention to all-round development under the Chinese governance.
