大学生述情障碍与自杀风险的关系:冲动性与攻击性的链式中介作用

The Relationship between Alexithymia and Suicide Risk in Undergraduates: The Chain Mediating Effect of Impulsivity and Aggressivity

为探讨大学生的述情障碍与自杀风险的关系以及冲动性和攻击性在两者关系中的链式中介效应,采用多伦多述情障碍量表、自杀行为问卷、冲动性量表和攻击性量表对广东省某医科大学的2953名大学生进行集体施测。结果表明:(1)述情障碍与冲动性、攻击性和自杀风险两两之间均呈正相关。(2)冲动性和攻击性分别在述情障碍和自杀风险之间存在中介效应。(3)冲动性和攻击性在述情障碍与自杀风险之间存在链式中介效应。

To explore the relationship between alexithymia and suicide risk in undergraduates, and the chain mediating effect of impulsivity and aggressivity in this relationship, a total of 2953 undergraduates from a medical university in Guangdong Province were investigated with the Suicidal Behaviors Questionnaire-Revised, Toronto Alexithymia Scale, Barratt Impulsiveness Scale-Chinese Version, Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire-Chinese Version. The results showed that: 1) alexithymia, suicide risk, impulsivity and aggressivity were significantly positively correlated with each other;2) the relationship between alexithymia and suicide risk was partially mediated by impulsivity and aggressivity;3) impulsivity and aggressivity were serial multiple mediators between alexithymia and suicide risk.
