Research Progress of Medical Information Sharing at Home and Abroad

[目的/意义]对国内外医疗信息共享的研究进展进行总结和分析,介绍近年来医疗信息共享的研究热点及应用实践的现状,以期为下一步的研究指明方向。[方法/过程]文章将Web of Science核心合集和中国知网数据库作为数据来源,利用Citespace可视化工具对医疗信息共享领域的发文量、学科分布、高频关键词和研究主题演化进行定量分析。并从研究主题和应用实践两个维度进行了描述分析。[结果/结论]目前医疗信息共享的研究主要集中于医院信息系统的构建以及云计算在区域医疗中的应用,未来可以将研究重点放在如何创新应用模式上,利用知识图谱、智慧医疗、物联网等理论方法,对现有的信息共享模式进行优化。

[Purpose/significance] This paper summarizes and analyzes the research progress of medical information sharing at home and abroad,and introduces the research hotpots and methods of medical information sharing in recent years,in order to point out the direction for further research. [Method/process]The article uses the Web of Science core collection and the China Knowledge Network database as data sources,and uses Citespace visualization tools to quantitatively analyze the publication volume,subject distribution,high-frequency keywords and research theme evolution in the field of medical information sharing. It also describes and analyses the research theme and application practice. [Result/conclusion] At present,the research on medical information sharing mainly focuses on the construction of hospital information systems and the application of cloud computing in regional medical care In the future,we can focus on how to innovate the application mode,and optimize the existing information sharing mode by using knowledge map,intelligent medicine,Internet of Things and other theoretical methods.
