油菜超氧化物歧化酶基因家族生物信息学分析 被引量:4

摘要 超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)是重要的抗氧酶,在生物体内广泛存在。以油菜基因数据库为搜索平台,通过对油菜超氧化物歧化酶基因家族进行生物信息学分析。结果表明:油菜SOD基因家族主要含有32个基因,蛋白质的氨基酸序列长度86 aa^386 aa之间。BanSODs基因具有相对保守的结构,即包含SOD DNA结构域;HMA DNA结构域;Mn/N DNA结构域;Mn/C DNA结构域,SOD蛋白结构中含有7个α螺旋和4个β折叠结构域。进化树分析表明油菜SOD蛋白序列与谷子、小立碗藓蛋白序列具有相对较高的同源性。该研究结果可以为进一步了解油菜SOD基因家族和玉米抗氧化机制提供一定参考。 Superoxide dismutase(SOD) is an important antioxidant enzyme and widely exists in organisms. The superoxide dismutase gene family in rapeseed was analyzed by bioinformatics based on the rapeseed gene database.The results showed that the SOD gene family of rapeseed mainly contained 32 genes, and the amino acid sequence length of protein ranged from 86 aa to 386 aa. BanSODs gene has relatively conserved structure, including SOD DNA domain, HMA DNA domain, Mn/N DNA domain, Mn/C DNA domain, SOD protein structure contains seven alpha helix and four beta folding domains. Evolutionary tree analysis showed that the SOD protein sequence of rapeseed had relatively high homology with that of millet and small bowl moss. The results of this study can provide some references for further understanding the SOD gene family of rape and the antioxidant mechanism of maize.
