摘要
MYB转录因子是植物中最大的转录因子家族之一,其生物学功能广泛,除去参与植物生长发育、生理活动代谢、细胞形态及模式建成、初生和次生代谢反应、对生物和非生物胁迫的应答等众多生物学过程外,在药用植物的次生代谢方面也颇具影响。目前关于MYB转录因子的研究多集中于农作物上,对于药用植物的研究少之又少,仍有很大研究空间。本研究综述了植物MYB转录因子的进化史、特征分类、功能及转化机制,着重探讨了MYB转录因子在植物次生代谢方面所起的作用,归纳总结前人相关的研究方法与思路,阐述国内外相关研究MYB的进展,为从多层面深入研究及更好地利用药用植物MYB转录因子提供思路和方法。
MYB transcription factor is on e of the largest family of transcription factors in plants, its biological functions are extensive. It not only participates in many biological processes such as plant growth and development,physiological activity metabolism, cell morphology and pattern building, primary and secondary metabolic reactions, and response to biotic and abiotic stresses, but also has considerable influence on the secondary metabolism of medicinal plants. At present, most researches on MYB transcription factors focus on crops, and there are few researches on medicinal plants. There is still much research space. This paper reviews the evolutionary history,feature classification, function and transformation mechanism of plant MYB transcription factors, and focuses on the role of MYB transcription factors in plant secondary metabolism, summarizing previous research methods and ideas, explaining the progress of related research of MYB at home and abroad, and providing ideas and methods for in-depth study and better using of medicinal plant MYB transcription factors from multiple layers.
