高层次人才对青年教师的科研产出有何影响——基于45所国家重点实验室的实证研究 被引量:21

What Is the Impact of the High-level Talents on Research Outputs of Young Faculty Members: An Empirical Research Based on 45 State Key Laboratories Affiliated to Universities

摘要 采集45所国家重点实验室194名高层次人才及1 052名青年教师信息,运用定量研究方法分析高层次人才对团队青年教师科研产出的影响发现,院士数量与青年教师论文产出数量具有正向关系,但其作用存在峰值;长江学者学术水平提升与青年教师论文产出数量具有正向关系;高层次人才对青年教师h指数的影响不明显;杰青数量与青年教师的专利授权数量可能具有负向关系。基于研究发现:高校要合理配置国家重点实验室高层次人才的规模和水平,提升国家重点实验室的效率和质量;高层次人才要加强对团队青年教师的学术指导,构建良好的团队科研环境;青年教师要增强与高层次人才的互动与合作,推进科研成果转化以服务经济社会发展;一流大学建设要注重高等教育内涵式发展,创新对高层次人才和青年教师及科研团队的评价方式。 Using data of 194 high-level talents and 1 052 faculty members from 45 state key laboratories,this study applied a quantitative method to analyze the impact of high-level talents on research outputs of young faculty members in research teams. The study finds that: the number of academicians has a positive relationship with the number of young academics’ articles, but its influence shows a inverted U shape;the academic level of Changjiang Scholars is positively associated with the number of young academics’ articles;the number of highlevel talents has an insignificant influence on young faculty member’s h-index;there is a negative relationship between the number of Distinguished Young Scholars and young faculty members’ patents. Based on the research findings, several suggestions are proposed as follows. The universities should rationally allocate the scale and level of high-level talents in state key laboratories, and improve the efficiency and quality of state key laboratories. The high-level talents should provide academic guidance for young faculty members and build a good team environment. Young faculty members should enhance interaction and cooperation with high-level talents, and promote scientific research transformation to serve economic and social development. The construction of world-class university should pay attention to the connotative development of higher education. Policy makers should innovate the evaluation methods for high-level talents, young faculty members and research teams.
