河南郑州上街西晋墓发掘简报

The Excavation of the Burials of the Western Jin Dynasty in Shangjie District,Zhengzhou City, Henan

2011年5月,为配合基本建设,郑州市文物考古研究院对位于河南省郑州市上街区工业路以北的工程施工范围进行了考古发掘(图一),共清理古代墓葬8座,其中3座西晋墓(编号ZSYM1~ZSYM3,以下简称M1-M3)保存相对较好,出土器物丰富。现将这三座墓的发掘情况简报如下。

In May 2011,Zhengzhou Municipal Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology conducted archaeological excavation within a construction site to the north of the Gongye(Industry)Road in Shangjie District,Zhengzhou City.The excavation recovered eight ancient burials in total,of which three burials of the Western Jin Dynasty were preserved relatively well.All of the three burials were brick single-or double-chamber burials with ramp passages,the orientations and sizes of which were similar.From these three Western Jin burials,rich grave goods were unearthed,including pottery wares for daily use,pottery models made as funeral objects,pottery human and animal figurines,bronze mirrors,belt buckles and fittings,etc.The burial structures and characteristics of the unearthed artifacts all showed that the dates of these three burials were the mid and late Western Jin Dynasty,and they might belong to a family cemetery.This excavation provided physical materials for the researches on the social economy,culture,art and burial periodization of the mid and late Western Jin Dynasty.
