板形调控工艺对轧辊间接触及磨损的影响 被引量:9

摘要 六辊UCM冷轧机目前采用工作辊窜辊、中间辊窜辊和弯辊等板形调控工艺以改善板形质量,但上述工艺对轧辊间接触应力和轧辊的磨损亦有一定的影响,进而会影响轧机的板形调控能力。利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了某厂采用的六辊UCM冷轧机1/2辊系有限元模型,对不同板形调控工艺参数情形下的辊间接触应力进行了分析,结合轧辊磨损深度计算模型,分析并揭示了板形调控工艺对轧辊磨损的影响规律。结果表明:工作辊和中间辊窜辊不仅会增加与其直接接触的轧辊表面接触应力分布不均匀性,亦会引起轧辊反窜辊方向一侧表面磨损随窜辊量增加而急剧增加;而中间辊弯辊工艺能一定程度上提高辊间接触应力和磨损轧辊轴线方向分布的均匀性。 The six-high UCM cold rolling mill currently adopts working roll shift,intermediate roll shift and bending processes to improve the quality of plate-shape.But the process adopted to control the plate shape also can influence the contact stress distribution between the rolls and wear of rolls,which may further affect the ability of shape control of mill.In this paper,the 1/2 finite element model of roll system of six-high UCM cold rolling mill was established and the contact stress under different plate shape control process was analyzed.The results reveal that the shift of working roll and intermediate roll strengthened the nonuniformity of contact stress between then and the rolls in contact with then and sharply increased the roll surface’wear in the opposite site of roll shift.While the bending of intermediate roll improved to some entent the uniform distribution of contact stress and wear along the axis of roll.
