摘要
针对市面上大多数三维扫描仪结构复杂、操作繁琐等问题,设计了一套基于双三角测距原理的双线激光三维扫描系统。系统主要基于双三角测距原理,利用线状激光器采集目标物的点云图像,并利用计算机图像处理软件进行点云的二次处理,生成三维模型。基于点云的位置数据和摄像头的图像信息可以快速重构出目标物的三维模型,实现了利用低成本设备进行高质量扫描工作的目的。相比同类的其他设备,本系统的成本低廉、体积轻巧、操作简单,可在小型工程项目中高效工作。
In view of the complex structure and complicated operation of most three-dimensional scanners in market,a three-dimensional scanner system with double line lasers based on triangle measurement method is designed in this paper.The system firstly collects the image of point cloud of the object to be scanned based on triangle measurement method.Then,it combines the point cloud with computer image processing software to generate three-dimensional model.The system is able to rapidly reconfigure the object's three-dimensional model based on the position data of point cloud and image information from camera,which achieves the purpose of scanning with high quality by using the low-cost equipment.Compared with other equipment,the system is lower cost,more compact in size and easier to operate,which is able to be used in minor works efficiently.
