摘要
目的探索内科护理过程中情感激励的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年1月医院内科科室的护理人员作为本实验的研究对象,并按照员工的入职顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,随后,观察组中实施情感激励制度,而对照组中实施医院的常规制度,分别统计两组实验人员的护理管理数据,比较其护理管理效果。结果在焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分角度,观察组的数据优于对照组,在抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分角度,观察组的数据同样比对照组的数据显著,但两组的分值均在正常范围,另外,观察组的护理满意度与对照组相比有着显著地优势(P<0.05)。结论情感激励管理在内科护理人员的实施,极大的提升了员工的积极性,大幅度改善了员工的工作效率,从本质角度提高了患者的满意度,可实施后续的推广。
Objective to explore application effect of emotional motivation in internal medical nursing.Methods choose internal medicine department nurses of our hospital from March 2016 to January 2017 as research objects of the experiment.Divide them into observation group and control group according to entry order.Observation group was treated with emotional incentive system,while control group with regular regulation system of the hospital.Count nursing management data of experimental personnel in two groups respectively,and compare their nursing management effect.Results SAS scores data of observation group was better than control group.SDS scores data of observation group was significantly better than control group,scores of two groups were in normal range.In addition,nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion emotional incentive management can improve enthusiasm of medical nursing staffs greatly,increase their work efficiency,and enahce satisfaction of patients from essential,which can be promoted in follow-up stage.
