健康教育护理在社区肺结核患者中的应用效果观察

Effect Observation of Health Education Nursing in Community Tuberculosis Patients

目的探讨健康教育护理在社区肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月至2019年3月社区内登记的130例肺结核患者,本文采用了随机数字表的方法法,把130例患者通过1:1的比例分为对照组和观察组。比较两组患者肺结核相关知识掌握情况及肺结核病患者生存质量测定量表(PTBS)评分。结果两组患者肺结核相关知识掌握情况各个方面评分比较,观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);并且,观察组患者PTBS评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育护理在社区肺结核患者中的应用,能明显提高患者对结核病的了解程度,提升患者生活质量,值得进一步推广。

Objective to explore application effect of health education nursing in community tuberculosis patients.Methods choose 130 cases TB patients registered in community from March 2016 to March 2019.In the paper,divide them into control and observation group with random digital table method according to 1:1 ratio.Compare tuberculosis knowledge and PTBS scores between two groups.Results tuberculosis knowledge of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),and PTBS scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion health education nursing can improve understanding of tuberculosis and improve life quality of community tuberculosis patients significantly,which is worthy of further promotion.
