某大学新生入学体检结果分析及其健康管理的指导意义

Physical Examination Results Analysis of Freshmen in a University and Significance of Health Management

目的通过分析新生入学体检结果,了解新生主要健康问题,从而更好的指导今后学生的健康管理工作。方法分别统计2016年-2018年每年体检学生中,新发现的肺结核、肝功能异常的乙型病毒性肝炎、高血压、甲状腺疾病、脊柱侧弯的人数及患病率(患病人数/总体检人数)。分别对比三年中以上几种疾病发病率的变化情况。结果三年中,新生的肺结核患病率较前明显下降,高血压及脊柱侧弯的患病率均较前明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肝功能异常并诊断为乙型病毒性肝炎的同学患病率较前无明显变化(P>0.05)。甲状腺疾病的患病率呈上升趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论根据体检结果,对新生中的高发疾病,应加强健康教育及健康管理,提高学生身体素质,以更好的身心状态应对今后的学习生活。

Objective to understand main health problems of freshmen based on analyzing their physical examination results,to guide health management of students in future better.Methods statistically analyze number and prevalence rate of newly found tuberculosis,hepatitis B with abnormal liver function,hypertension,thyroid disease,scoliosis(number of patients/total number of physical examination)in physical examination students during 2016-2018.Compare changes of incidence of above diseases during three years.Results during three years,prevalence of tuberculosis was significantly lower than before,and prevalence of hypertension and scoliosis was significantly higher than before(P<0.05).prevalence of hepatitis B among students with abnormal liver function showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Prevalence of thyroid disease was increasing,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion according to physical examination results,it is necessaryt to strengthen health education and management,improve physical quality of students,and deal with future study and life in better physical and mental state.
