二胎政策放开前后产科住院患者疾病谱的变化分析

Changes Analysis of Disease Spectrum of Obstetric Inpatients Before and After Two Children Policy

目的探讨二胎政策放开前和放开后聊城市妇幼保健院产科住院患者疾病谱的变化趋势和分布规律,为我院产科疾病的防治重点提供科学依据。方法收集我院在二胎政策放开前(2014年)、后(2016年)期间收治的产科住院病人的出院信息,采用回顾性资料分析法研究期限内疾病谱的变化。结果妊娠合并贫血、会阴裂伤、胎膜早破、高龄患者的排序仍居前四位,但其构成比2016年明显高于2014年。结论明确高龄孕产妇存在的风险,积极开展高危妊娠、提高产科质量应作为今后产科工作的重点。

Objective to explore disease spectrum trend and distribution of obstetric inpatients in Liaocheng maternal and child health care hospital before and after two children policy,to provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of obstetric diseases in our hospital.Methods collect discharge information of obstetric inpatients in our hospital before(2014)and after(2016)policy,and study disease spectrum change during the period based on retrospective data analvsis.Results pregnant women with anemia,perineum laceration,premature rupture of membranes,and elderly still ranked top four,but their composition was significantly higher in 2016 than in 2014.Conclusion elderly pregnant women have more risks,Key points of obstetric work in future is to carry out high-risk.
