全科护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的应用效果评价

Application Effect Evaluation of General Nursing on Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探究在对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行护理时,应用全科护理的效果,分析其应用意义。方法在我院数据库中调取时间段2017年5月至2019年1月间收入的50例老年慢阻肺疾病患者,作为本次实验对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组(n=25)与实验组(n=25)。对照组患者应用常规护理方案,实验组患者则应用全科护理方案,对比两组患者的护理满意度,评价其住院指标。结果实验结果显示,实验组患者的护理满意度数据记录为23(92.00%)例,对照组患者的护理满意度数据记录17(68.00%)例,数据对比差异明显且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,实验组总有效率为92.00%,对照组总有效率为72.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行护理时,应用优质护理方案,能够有效改善患者的护理满意度,同时也能够改善患者的治疗总有效率,能够提高患者的生活质量,具有积极的护理应用意义,值得推广使用。

Objective to explore effect of general nursing on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,analyze its significance.Methods choose 50 cases elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in database of our hospital from May 2017 to January 2019 as experiment subjects.Divide them into control group(n=25)and experimental group(n=25)randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing scheme,while experimental group with general nursing scheme.Evaluate hospitalization indexes of two groups.Results experiment results showed,nursing satisfaction degree in experimental group was 23(92.00%)and that in control group was 17(68.00%),with significant difference,(P<0.05).Meanwhile,total effective rate was 92.00%in experimental group and 72.00%in control group,with significant difference,(P<0.05).Conclusion nursing quality nursing scheme can improve nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease effectively,at the same time,improve total effective rate,enhance life quality,with positive nursing application significance,which is worthy of promotion and application.
