计划免疫对儿童传染病的预防效果

Peventive Effect of EPI on Children’s Infectious Diseases

目的探讨儿童实施计划免疫对传染病的预防效果。方法将疾控中心110例实施保健的学龄前儿童(2016年1月到2016年12月间)设为基础组,对儿童实施常规感染预防,将110例实施健康体检的学龄前儿童(2017年1月到2017年12月间)设为实施组,对儿童实施了计划免疫接种,分析总结儿童传染病预防状况。结果实施组儿童全程计划免疫接种实施率与基础组对比更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。实施组儿童麻疹、百日咳、甲肝、乙肝、流行性腮腺炎发生率显著低于基础组(P<0.05)。结论儿童实施计划免疫接种可有效提升传染病预防效果。

Objective to explore preventive effect of EPI on infectious diseases of children.Methods treat 110 cases preschool children(from January 2016 to December 2016)in CDC as basic group,with routine infection prevention,110 cases physical examination preschool children(from January 2017 to December 2017)as implementation group,with planned immunization.Analyze and summarize prevention status of children's infectious diseases.Results EPI implementation rate of implementation group was higher than basic group(P<0.05).Incidence of measles,pertussis,hepatitis A,hepatitis B and mumps in implementation group was significantly lower than basic group(P<0.05).Conclusion EPI can improve prevention effect of infectious diseases of children effectively.
