对急性心肌梗死病人采用急诊护理路径的效果评价浅析

Effect Analysis of Emergency Nursing Route for Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients

目的对急性心肌梗死患者采用急诊护理路径的临床效果进行分析。方法本次研究选取我院收治的66例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,根据患者的入院治疗时间将其随机均分为2组,观察组和对照组,观察组患者采用急诊护理路径模式,患者人数33例,对照组患者采用常规护理方式,患者人数33例。结果对比两组患者护理满意度,观察组患者要明显优于对照组,且P<0.05;此外,观察组患者治疗完成后,其护理效果也要明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论对于急性心肌梗死患者的临床治疗,采用急诊护理路径模式能够有效提高患者的临床救治效果,提高患者的抢救成功率。

Objective to analyze clinical effect of emergency nursing pathway on acute myocardial infarction patients.Methods treat 66 cases acute myocardial infarction patients in our hospital as research objects.According to admission time,divide them into two groups randomly:observation group and control group.33 cases in observation group were treated with emergency nursing path mode,and 33 cases in control group with routine nursing mode.Results satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05);in addition,after treatment,nursing effect of observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion emergency nursing path mode can improve clinical treatment effect and success rate effectively of acute myocardial infarction patients.
