不同煎煮方式对复方丹参汤剂丹酚酸B溶出的影响分析

摘要 目的分析不同煎煮方式对复方丹参汤剂丹酚酸B溶出的影响。方法选取制备的复方丹参汤剂,中药成分涉及10味药材,包括地黄、丹参、栀子等,采用3种方法制备复方丹参汤剂,即两煎常压煎药机煎煮、高压煎药机煎煮、砂锅煎煮等,对煎液内丹酚酸B含量采用高效液相色谱仪进行测定。比较分析不同煎煮方式对汤剂中丹酚酸B溶出情况。结果复方丹参汤剂经两煎常压煎药机煎煮、高压煎药机煎煮、砂锅煎煮等制备后丹酚酸B的RSD值分别为1.25%、1.16%、3.31%,平均质量浓度2.766 g/L、2.673 g/L、2.534 g/L。结论两煎常压煎药机煎煮与高压煎药机煎煮、砂锅煎煮等方式相比,其对丹酚酸B溶出的含量更高,因此制备过程中优先选择两煎常压煎药机煎煮,以保证药物质量。 Objective to analyze effect of different decocting methods on dissolution of salvianolic acid B in compound salvia miltiorrhiza decoction.Methods choose prepared compound salvia miltiorrhiza decoction,consisting of 10 kinds of herbs,including rehmannia,salvia miltiorrhiza,gardenia and etc.Prepare compound salvia miltiorrhiza decoction with three methods,i.e.two decocting with normal pressure decocting machine,with high pressure decocting machine and casserole decoction.Determine content of salvianolic acid B in decoction with HPLC.Compare and analyze dissolution of salvianolic acid B in decoction by different decocting methods.Results after two decocting with normal pressure decocting machine,with high pressure decocting machine and casserole decoction,RSD value of salvianolic acid B in compound salvia miltiorrhiza decoction was 1.25%,1.16%and 3.31%respectively,with average concentration of 2.766g/l,2.673g/l and 2.534g/l.Conclusion compared with high-pressure decoction and casserole decoction,two decocting with normal pressure decocting machine can achieve higher content of salvianolic acid B,which is preferred during preparation process to ensure quality of drugs.
