水胶体敷料在危重新生儿PICC护理中的应用

目的研究水胶体敷料在危重新生儿PICC护理中的应用。方法此项研究对象为我院2016年6月至2018年10月确诊收治的危重新生儿,共计52例,应用数字随机表法将其分为对照组和研究组。对照组仅给予常规PICC护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上采取水胶体敷料干预。统计分析两组患儿PICC留置时间、并发症发生率以及静脉炎程度。结果研究组患儿并发症发生率相较于对照组更低,PICC留置时间明显高于对照组,且静脉炎发生状况明显优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对危重新生儿在常规PICC护理的基础上给予水胶体敷料,相较于仅给予常规PICC护理干预,效果更加显著,值得推广应用。

Objective to study application of hydrocolloid dressing in PICC nursing of critical neonates.Methods choose 52 cases critically ill neonates in our hospital from June 2016 to October 2018 as research objects.Divide them into control group and study group with digital random table method.Control group received routine PICC nursing intervention,and study group received hydrocolloid dressing intervention on the basis of control group.Analyze retention duration of PICC,complications incidence and phlebitis degree statistically.Results complications incidence in study group was lower than control group,PICC retention duration was significantly longer than control group,and phlebitis incidence was significantly better than control group,comparison difference showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion hydrocolloid dressing on the basis of routine PICC nursing can achieve more significant effect on critically ill neonates than routine PICC nursing intervention only,which is worthy of promotion and application.
