摘要
目的分析家庭访视护理对老年糖尿病(DM)患者自我效能的影响。方法以2016年2月至2018年11月间入本院治疗的98例老年DM患者为研究主体。分成A组和B组,均是49例。A组给予家庭访视护理,B组给予常规护理。对比护理效果。结果A组的血糖水平均低于B组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。A组的自我效能评分均高于B组,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论为老年DM患者行家庭访视护理可改善其血糖水平,并能提高其自我效能,具有较佳的护理价值。
Objective to analyze effect of family visit nursing on self-efficacy of elderly diabetic patients.Methods treat 98 cases elderly DM patients admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to November 2018 were as study objects.Divide them into group A and B,49 cases in each group.Group A was treated with family visit nursing,and group B with routine nursing.Compare nursing effect of two groups.Results blood glucose level in group A was lower than group B,comparison showed significnat difference,(P<0.05).Self-efficacy scores in group A were higher than group B,comparison showed significnat difference,(P<0.05).Conclusion family visit nursing can improve blood glucose level and self-efficacy of elderly DM patients,which has good nursing value.
