对稳定期慢阻肺患者进行中西医结合护理的效果探讨

Effect Discussion of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing for Stable Stage COPD Patients

目的探讨对稳定期慢阻肺患者进行中西医结合护理的效果探讨。方法选择我医院从2016年3月至2017年10月收治的稳定期慢阻肺患者80例,分成两组,对照组患者采用采用常规护理方法,观察组患者采用中西医结合护理方法,治疗周期为6个月,对于两组的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果通过这次实验得出观察组中西医结合护理满意率高于对照组常规护理方法,护理后观察组的呼吸困难症评分以及运动耐力评分都要优于对照组,2组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于稳定期慢阻肺患者采用中西医结合护理后,病患的肺功能得到了良好的改善,且病患的疼痛得到了缓解,病患无任何不良反应,值得进行临床推广使用。

Objective to explore effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine on stable COPD patients.Methods choose 80 cases stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017,divide them into two groups.Control group was treated with routine nursing methods,and observation group with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,with 6 months of treating course.Compare and analyze clinical nursing effects of two groups.Results experiment showed,satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group.After nursing,dyspnea and exercise endurance scores in observation group were better than control group.Difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion integrated Chinese and Western medicine can improve lung function and alleviate pains of stable COPD patients,with no adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
