人文关怀在老年冠心病康复患者护理中的应用效果、价值研究

Application Effect and Value Study of Humanistic Care in Nursing of Elderly Coronary Heart Disease Patients

目的分析人文关怀在老年冠心病(CHD)康复患者护理中的应用效果。方法以2016年1月至2018年11月间入本院治疗的108例老年CHD患者为研究主体。分成A组和B组,均是54例。A组给予人文关怀康复护理,B组给予常规康复护理,对比护理效果。结果经护理后,两组的焦虑与抑郁评分均低于护理前,且A组低于B组(P<0.05)。A组的治疗依从性为96.30%明显高于B组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀可促进老年CHD患者的疾病康复,改善其不良心理,提高其治疗依从性,具有较佳的护理价值。

Objective to analyze application effect of humanistic care in elderly coronary heart disease(CHD)rehabilitation patients.Methods treat 108 caese elderly CHD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to November 2018 as study objects.Divide them into group A and B,54 cases in each group.Group A was treated with humanistic care rehabilitation nursing,and group B with routine rehabilitation nursing.Compare nursing effect of two groups.Results after nursing,anxiety and depression scores in both groups were lower than before nursing,and scores in group A were lower than group B(P<0.05).Treatment compliance of group A was 96.30%,significantly higher than group B(83.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion humanistic care can promote disease recovery of elderly CHD patients,improve their bad psychology and treatment compliance,which has good nursing value.
