Bobath技术对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行康复治疗的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Bobath Technology on Rehabilitation of Stroke Hemiplegia Patients

目的探究在对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行康复治疗中应用Bobath技术的疗效。方法将本院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的80例脑卒中偏瘫患者纳入研究。按照其使用康复治疗方法的不同将其随机分成观察组和对照组两组,每组40人,观察组采用Bobath疗法对患者进行康复治疗,对照组的患者采用常规康复训练。治疗完成后通过对比两组患者的肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力,对两种疗法的效果进行对比。结果采用Bobath疗法的患者相较于常规康复训练具有更好的康复效果,观察组患者的各项评分明显优于对照组患者的评分,其差异均具有显著性。结论在对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行康复治疗中应用Bobath技术疗效显著,值得进行临床推广使用。

Objective to explore curative effect of Bobath technology in rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods include 80 cases stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 in study.According to different rehabilitation treatment methods,divide them into two groups randomly:observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with Bobath therapy,and control group with routine rehabilitation training.After treatment,Compare curative effect of two treatments including limb movement function and daily life activities ability.Results Bobath therapy has better curative effect than routine rehabilitation training for patients.in observation group had better rehabilitation effect.Scores in observation group were significantly better than control group,with significant difference.Conclusion Bobath technology can achieve significant effect in rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
