探讨三维CT重建影像技术在胫骨平台骨折诊断的价值

Value Exploration of 3D CT Reconstruction in Diagnosis of Tibial Plateau Fracture

目的探析对胫骨平台骨折患者应用三维CT重建影像技术检查的临床诊断价值。方法取本院2017年1月至2018年10月放射科诊疗为胫骨平台骨折患者群体为分析对象,在其中随机抽取288例,对其同时进行X线以及三维CT重建影像手段检查,对影像图片提示内容进行归纳与对比,总结三维CT重建影像在胫骨平台骨折诊断的价值。结果对胫骨平台患者应用三维CT重建影像技术和常规X线检查,提示在对此类骨折患者分型诊断准确率方面三维CT重建影像技术有显著优越性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于胫骨平台骨折患者应用三维CT重建影像手段诊断对于骨折分型有一个准确的判断,提高了患者在整体治疗的舒适体验,也降低了医生在诊疗过程中的负担程度,全面而言有推广价值,值得推广。

Objective to explore clinical value of 3d CT reconstruction in diagnosis of tibial plateau fracture.Methods choose 288 cases tibial plateau fracture patients in radiology department of our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018.Carry on X-ray and 3D CT reconstruction at the same time.Summarize and compare contents of image prompts,and value of 3D CT reconstruction in diagnosis of tibial plateau fracture.Results 3D CT reconstruction imaging technology had more significant advantages in accuracy rate of classification diagnosis of this kind of fracture patients than routine X-ray examination for tibial plateau patients,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D CT reconstruction image can diagnose tibial plateau fracture accurately for fracture classification,improve comfort experience of patients in overall treatment,and reduce burden of doctors in diagnosis and treatment process,which is worthy of promotion.
