摘要
目的对PDCA循环护理模式在慢性乙型肝炎护理中的应用价值进行分析与探讨。方法选择慢性乙型肝炎患者86例,依据抽签法将其随机分为对照组与研究组,为对照组患者应用常规护理模式,为研究组患者应用PDCA循环护理模式,观察两组患者的护理结局。结果研究组中97.67%(42/43)患者可有效依从治疗/护理行为,显著高于对照组患者的治疗/护理行为依从率79.07%(34/43);护理结束后,研究组患者的CLDQ评分显著高于对照组患者,利用统计方法计算后得出两组相关数据具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论为慢性乙型肝炎患者实施PDCA循环护理模式可显著提升其对于治疗行为与护理行为的依从性,改善其生存质量。
Objective to analyze and discuss application value of PDCA circulation nursing mode in chronic hepatitis B nursing.Methods choose 86 cases chronic hepatitis B patients,divide them into control and study group rando mLy according to drawing lots method.Control group was treated with routine nursing mode,and study group with PDCA circulation nursing mode.Observe nursing outcomes of two groups.Results 97.67%(42/43)of patients in study group can comply with treatment/nursing behavior effectively,significantly higher than control group(79.07%)(34/43);after nursing,CLDQscores of patients in study group was significantly higher than control group,relevant data obtained by statistical method showed statistical significance between two groups,(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle nursing mode can improve compliance with treatment and nursing behaviors of chronic hepatitis B patients significantly,and improve their life quality.
