探讨临床路径在腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的应用效果

Application Effect Exploration of Clinical Pathway in Laparoscopic Appendectomy

目的探讨临床路径在腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的应用效果。方法对德阳市人民医院胃肠外科2016年6月至2017年05月符合急性阑尾炎诊断标准,行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的病例根据入院单、双日将其随机分为两组,临床路径组(实验组,n=103)和非临床路径组(对照组,n=105)。比较两组患者的术后并发症、住院时间、住院费用及患者满意度的差异。结果两组患者的术后并发症的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组比对照组住院时间短、住院总费用低、满意度高(P<0.05)。结论实施临床路径管理的腹腔镜阑尾切除术可以缩短住院时间,降低患者的住院治疗费用,提高患者满意度。

Objective to explore application effect of clinical pathway in laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods divide laparoscopic appendectomy patients in gastroenterology department of Deyang City People’s Hospital reaching diagnostic standard of acute appendicitis from June 2016 to may 2017 into two groups according to even and odd admission date rando mLy,clinical pathway group(experimental group,n=103)and non clinical pathway group(control group,n=105).Compare differences of postoperative complications,length of stay,stay cost and satisfaction degree between two groups.Results incidence difference of postoperative complications showed no statistical significance between two groups(P>0.05).Experimental group had shorter length of stay,lower total stay cost and higher satisfaction degree than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion clinical pathway management can shorten length of stay,reduce stay cost and improve satisfaction degree of laparoscopic appendectomy patients.
