吲哚美辛栓在女性患者ERCP术前使用的观察护理

Observation and Nursing of Indomethacin Suppository before ERCP in Female Patients

目的对吲哚美辛栓在女性患者ERCP术前使用的观察护理进行研究。方法选取本院2017年3月至2018年11月收治的ERCP术女性患者共90例,同时随机分为观察组和常规组,观察组45例,常规组45例。其中,常规组应用常规护理方式对患者进行护理,观察组应用的方式为吲哚美辛栓,并比较观察组与常规组的护理效果。结果观察组要远远高于常规组。结论针对在ERCP术前的女性患者,采用吲哚美辛栓的方式开展护理工作,无论是对提升护理效果,还是提升患者的自理能力以及生活质量,都具有很大促进作用和价值。因此,其可以广泛的应用。

Objective to study nursing observation of indomethacin suppository before ERCP on female patients.Methods choose 90 cases female patients with ERCP admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to November 2018,divide them into observation group and routine group rando mLy,45 cases in observation group and 45 cases in routine group.Among them,routine group was treated with routine nursing method,and observation group with indomethacin suppository.Compare nursing effect between observation group and routine group.Results that of observation group was much higher than routine group.Conclusion indomethacin suppository nursing can improve nursing effect of female patients before ERCP,and enhance self-care ability and life quality of patients,with great role and value.Therefore,it can be widely applied.
